Hi, I’m Hans Kristian – the person behind Pure and Practical. I run this store on my own, choosing every product carefully with quality and everyday usefulness in mind.
I believe in honest service, practical tools, and keeping things simple.
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order has been processed, you can track it using your order number and email address through the Track My Order page.
How long is the delivery time?
Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after processing, depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
I offer free shipping on all orders over €100.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
No worries – I’ll fix it. Just contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll send a replacement or refund.
