Return and Refund Policy

Returns

 

You have 90 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, send me an email at support@pureandpractical.com with your order number and a copy of your receipt or confirmation email.

Returns must be sent to:

Please don’t send anything back before contacting me - unapproved returns won’t be accepted.

 

Please note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items

 

If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me right away at support@pureandpractical.com.
To process the case, I require clear photos of the item and the packaging.
Once I’ve reviewed the issue, I’ll do my best to make it right - either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Items that can’t be returned

 

Most items are eligible for return. If an item cannot be returned, this will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
If a product cannot be returned, it will be clearly noted on the product page before purchase.

The easiest way is to return the item first (once it’s approved), and then place a new order for the one you want.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

 

If you're in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

To cancel or return your order under this rule, the item must still be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please email me before returning the item.

Need to send something back? Here's how it works:

Send me an email - at support@pureandpractical.com with your order number and a short explanation. If it’s damaged, please include a photo.

Wait for approval - before shipping anything. I’ll reply as soon as I can.

Refunds

 

Once I’ve received and inspected your return, I’ll let you know if it’s approved.
If approved, I’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
This refund processing time starts after I have received and approved the returned item.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, feel free to email me at support@pureandpractical.com.
