Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation and can track your order using your order number and email address on the Track My Order page.
Delivery Time
Shipping typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location. Please note: This is in addition to the 2–3 business day processing time. Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs, local delays, or limited tracking updates during transit. In some cases, especially for remote areas or during customs processing, delivery may take a little longer than expected.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is €20, but I offer free shipping on all orders over €100.
Shipping Areas
I currently ship to most countries in Europe. If you’re unsure whether I can ship to your location, feel free to contact me at support@pureandpractical.com and I’ll be happy to check for you.
Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or not being picked up, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Package Not Received
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, send me a message at support@pureandpractical.com and I’ll look into it.
Please note that tracking information is provided by the shipping partner and may not always update frequently, especially while the package is in transit or during customs clearance.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or incorrect, contact me right away and include clear photos of the item and packaging. I’ll make sure we get it sorted as quickly as possible – either with a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
