Processing Time
All orders are fulfilled by me, Hans K. Skretting, through trusted suppliers who ship directly from their warehouse to you.
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation and can track your order using your order number and email address on the Track My Order page.

Delivery Time

Shipping usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location.
Please note: This is in addition to the processing time.
Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs, local delays, or limited tracking updates during transit.
In rare cases – especially during customs processing or to remote areas – delivery may take up to 21 business days.

Shipping Cost

I offer free shipping on everything in my store.
No minimum purchase, no extra fees – just free delivery with tracking on all orders.

Shipping Areas

I currently ship to most countries in Europe, including:
Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Finland, and more.

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or not being picked up in time, you may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Package Not Received

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact me at support@pureandpractical.com.
I’ll help you track it down.
Please note that tracking may not update daily – especially while the package is in transit or going through customs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If anything is damaged or incorrect, email me right away and include clear photos of the item and the packaging.
I’ll make sure we get it sorted quickly – either with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
