Processing Time


All orders are fulfilled by me, Hans K. Skretting, through trusted suppliers who ship directly from their warehouses to you.

Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days.
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. You can track your order using your order number and email address on the Track My Order Page.

I’ll also send you a shipping confirmation with tracking info as soon as your package is on its way, so you can follow the delivery.

Delivery Time

 

Shipping typically takes 9-17 business days, depending on your location.
This estimate includes processing time.

Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs, local delays, or limited tracking updates during transit.
In rare cases - especially for remote areas or during customs processing - delivery may take a little longer.

Please note that delivery time is an estimate, not a guarantee. I’ll always do my best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

 

Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or not being collected in time, you may be responsible for the re-shipping cost.

Package Not Received

 

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, feel free to reach out at support@pureandpractical.com.
I’ll help you track it down.
Keep in mind that tracking updates may be limited - especially while the package is in transit or held at customs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If something is damaged or incorrect, send me an email with clear photos of both the item and the packaging.

I’ll make sure it’s taken care of - either with a replacement or a refund, depending on what works best for you.
