Do I need to soak them before planting?

Yes. Just soak each sponge in water for 3–5 minutes before placing seeds inside.

Can I reuse the sponges?

They are intended for single use to ensure clean and healthy seed starting. For best results, use a new sponge for each grow cycle.

What kind of seeds can I use?

You can use most small herb and vegetable seeds like basil, lettuce, mint, and more. Avoid very large seeds that may not fit well in the sponge.
 

Tip: Choose seeds that tolerate high humidity well to prevent rotting during germination
